You can return or request an exchange for the products you purchase through our website within 14 days after the date of purchase, without any conditions, within the scope of the practices required by Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection.
After you notify us, the faulty product you will send to us will be fixed or replaced with a new one. If the fault in the ordered product is due to customer use or if the product has been used within the 14-day period, it is not possible to return or exchange the product.
All accessories and gift/campaign products, if any, belonging to the product you will return must be returned at the same time.
